With aspirations of maiden wins in the Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup, Hugh Bowman will make an early move to Melbourne.
Speaking on Monday's episode of After The Last, Bowman confirmed that he would ride at Randwick on Saturday before heading to Melbourne and completing a mandatory quarantine period in order to ride King's Legacy in the Caulfield Guineas.
The move means Bowman will relinquish the reins on star Godolphin's entire Bivouac in The Everest and instead ride Coolmore's topline Irish raider Anthony Van Dyck in the Caulfield Cup on the same day.

The Aidan O'Brien-trained entire won the Gr.1, Epsom Derby, last year and denied star stayer Stradivarius in the Group 2 Prix Foy over 2400m at his most recent start at Longchamp.
